This special service of expats, alows customers to be assisted by a specialized real estate agent that will work on your behalf. The real estate agent who offers the house, represents the owner. This means that he will only take care of the interests of the owner.

Verra Real Estate can show all properties listed for sale through any agency. This enables us to act as a convenient single point of contact (a one stop shop) as you search for a house. Where possible, we also provide evening and weekend viewings to fit your schedule. Our agents work on a no cure no pay base. Brokerage fees are only applicable once a purchase agreement is successfully completed, which is 1 % of the purchasing amount.
